What is your policy of refund in case of a voluntary cancellation

If due to some reasons you want or you have to cancel your trip you have the possibility to do it, but you should know that we will apply the conditions of cancellation of the differents carriers.
 As this is a cancellation on your part and not from the carriers whose flights/trip are maintained, according to their conditions of sale you are not entitled to a refund.
However, some airlines are flexible and sometimes offer a refund or credit note.

In this case, we will retain a cancellation fee (Cancellation fees are linked to the amount of your shopping cart and are in the general sales conditions of Combigo) for all the formalities we have to do with each company, to cover our booking fees and bank charges.

If you are eligible for a refund, the companies take between 15 days and several months to transfer the money.

If you are sure about your decision, you can contact us, therefore we will contact the carriers to start the cancellation process.
