• All modification requests must be made at least 1 week before your trip's departure. Some airlines may take several days to provide us with a response, so submitting your request well in advance will increase the chances of success!

• Your tickets can only be changed with tickets from the same airline. For example, if you want to modify an Air France flight, you can only exchange it for another Air France flight.

• Generally, date modifications are possible with the vast majority of airlines; however, requests to change departure cities, layovers, or arrival cities are rarely allowed.
