How to checkin?

How do I checkin?

To get your boarding passes you need first to checkin online or at the airport.

To checkin you will need with most carriers:
  • Your booking numbers (PNR), which can be found in the summary email we sent you.
  • The last name of the first passenger of the booking
When you receive your summary email, you will see that it contains one or more PNRs. If your ticket is a combined ticket ( What is a combined ticket?) and you are travelling on different carriers, you will need to check in with each carrier to get your boarding passes.
In some cases, for online check-in, you may be asked for an e-mail address. This will not work with your personal email address, as we book the flights with our dedicated Combigo booking email address. If you do not have this e-mail address, please contact us and we will be able to provide you with it.
Another special case is if the airline does not recognise your surname, you can remove the spaces, accents or use our booking email address. Again, please write to us if you have any problems.

The online check-in usually opens between 24 and 48 hours before flight departure. If you have any questions or problems you can contact us. For some carriers, you must checkin online and at least 2 hours before your departure time, if not you could pay an extra fee at the airport.

If the carrier doesn't enable online check in, don't worry you will be able to check in at the airport at a self-service kiosk or at the carrier's desk.
