About Tickets and Check-in

This article will provide you with information on how to get your airline tickets, as well as how to get your train and bus tickets.

  • Do you need information about how to check-in and get your flight tickets?

When you book with us an itinerary containing a flight with an airline, we will send you a confirmation email containing your booking references for this specific flight.
We do not send you your boarding pass (ticket).

It is obligatory that you do the check-in yourself on the website of the airline in order to get your boarding pass.  The online check-in usually opens between 24 and 48 hours before flight departure.

  • Do you need information about how to get your Train and/or Bus tickets?

When you book with us an itinerary containing a trip with a Bus or a Train, we will send you a confirmation email containing your booking number for this specific trip, and we will send you your ticket as an attachment, only if they are available immediately at the moment of reservation.

However, there are some transporters that do not provide the tickets immediately. Some carriers only make the tickets available a few days before your departure date. In that case, you’d have to access your reservation online on the transporter’s website using the booking references we sent to you in the confirmation email, then you can download your tickets as soon as the transporter makes them available.

Be sure to print your tickets before you travel, as you will need to present them before boarding the train.
