Downloading OUIGO tickets
Your reservation includes a trip with OUIGO, and you are wondering how to get your OUIGO tickets? This article is made to help you:
When you book a travel itinerary on our website that includes a trip with OUIGO, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing a reservation number and an email address specific to your OUIGO trip, which will allow you to access your reservation on the OUIGO website.
You will not receive your OUIGO tickets from us, as OUIGO only makes the tickets available a few days before your departure date.
To get your OUIGO tickets:
Your tickets will be available and downloadable on the OUIGO website a few days before your departure.
Therefore, you are required to access your reservation online on the website of OUIGO and download the tickets, once they are available.
1- Go to the OUIGO website: https://ventas.ouigo.com/en-GB/after-sale/connection
2- In the section “Access your booking”, depending on the trip you are looking for, enter the e-mail address in “Booking Mail” and the reservation number in “Booking Code”.
(Please note that the email address and Booking Code that you must use were sent to you by Combigo in the confirmation email that contains your booking references.)
Then click on “Validate”.
To access your reservation, you must use the email address that was sent to you by Combigo for that specific trip with OUIGO, not your own email address that you used to book on Combigo.
3- Once you have accessed your reservation, you can download your tickets as soon as OUIGO makes them available.
Be sure to print your tickets before you travel, as you will need to present them before boarding the train.
