Why doesn't Combigo offer a phone number to contact us? 

At Combigo, our customers expect us to take a close look at their file and request before we respond to them. The messages allow us to prioritize each request according to its priority. Our goal is to respond to urgent requests within a few hours and to respond to all requests within 48 hours. You should know that if needed, in some cases, our customer service can contact you by phone.
